Instructional Computer Technology - Endorsement Preparation Program

EKU’s online instructional computer technology (ICT) endorsement preparation program is a graduate, non-degree granting program that focuses on the best practices needed to teach, coach, or lead P-12 schools and school districts in the planning, implementation, and improvement of technology. The program meets Kentucky Education Professional Standards Board requirements and prepares educators to serve as leaders in digital learning.

                                          $325 per credit hour for active duty military

Career Options: Instructional computer technology teacher; instructional computer technology coach (P-12); teacher in elementary, middle or high schools

Notes:  If you do not hold teacher certification in Kentucky, please consult with your state’s licensing agency to determine whether our program will meet your state’s licensure requirements.

Students pursuing this option must hold an undergraduate degree and Kentucky Provisional Teaching Certificate in elementary, middle grades or high school content areas. Program graduates certified in Kentucky will be eligible to apply for openings that serve gifted students (P-12).
