Eastern Kentucky University ranks among the best colleges for special education programs offering degrees online. Affordable Colleges Online listed the EKU degree program as one of the top 50 Best Online Master’s in Special Education.

Programs were compared for affordability and quality using the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS). The methodology included tuition, financial aid, acceptance rates and graduation rates. Reviewers also considered each program’s flexibility based on whether or not students were given the option to enroll part-time to balance their personal and professional obligations.

The EKU Online MAEd in special education gives students the opportunity to complete their master’s degree without any required campus visits. Clinical and practicum hours are completed in locations that are convenient for them.

EKU offers students an affordable, accredited master’s degree in a flexible online format.
